this is really neat take on an idle game.  It feels really in-depth.

The tooltops seem to imply that traveling from Border Town to Big Road should cost 500 flux and Big Road to Border Town should cost 50, but in practice it seems to be the other way round.

Working at cafe doesn't actually earn any money.

Is the loop ending after you work? You don't retain money once the loop resets. The only things that carry between loops are the Stat levels and Skills in the columns on the right hand side
If you need some more Flux to do other things, you can Explore til you meet some locals, and then Chat Up Locals to get more Flux for that loop.

The UI is beautiful, but the loop progression is way too slow.
Incremental games with lots of content and unlocks with multiple days of play time can lead to players giving up as they come back and forgetting what's needed for progression.

Ideally the stats levels should be kept between runs, like how the multiplier levels work right now. And getting rid of the multiplier levels.

Small off by 1 error I think. If you try and buy a gym membership with exactly 10 coins, you get the notification of not having enough money.

Really enjoyed it! Have a little feedback, to help you bugfix if you continue the project.

Major:
-Undercity and Apothecary "Scavenge" percentage doesn't seem to increase
-"Scrap" item never unlocked for me, and it wasn't clear how to collect it - most actions involving Scrap seemed to work, but I couldn't build the "Stall".
? -After force-unlocking some missing skills by editing the Save file (the three from the Stall), the buttons at the bottom left (Play/Stop, Repeat Last, etc.) disappeared. Maybe the UI expanded too much and they were pushed off-screen? Expanding the window didn't seem to help.

Minor:

-It wasn't clear how to progress at the "Nest". This and the "Stall" were the main two places I got stuck.
-Playing "Strip Poker" enough times causes it to move into negative numbers for "Remaining". This may be related to "Repeat Last"?
-General cleanup of the Tooltips and better explanation of the stats system would help the game a lot, I think.

Misc.:
-I personally had a little trouble with moving the map - I'm using a laptop trackpad, which doesn't make a R-Click+Drag action easy. Would you consider changing this to a L-Click+Drag?

"Inner town" is somewhere outside the map.

you can move the map with right click and drag

Right click opens browser menu, so no dragging :(

Dang, I thought that wouldn't happen on the game window. Ill see about finding a fix for this, Im sure itll be happening to others too

This is really fun! There's a few bugs, missing tooltips, and other small things, but the actual gameplay loop and concept kinda rules. I wish there were some more hints on how to play it, but other than that, awesome project.

A few bugs I've had, if you're ever intending to work more on this game:

  • "Attend customer" has a broken tooltip, so it doesn't really tell you what you're missing if you attempt it and can't do it. Several other tooltips are also kind of opaque, like seducing the chrono bunny and the wolf, but I figured those out eventually.
  • "Scavenge" doesn't seem to actually advance scavenge progress.
  • The Nest doesn't really explain anything about itself.
  • Under City doesn't seem to be reachable when you discover it.
  • Some of the skills are very grindy. I don't want to suggest rebalancing but is the point that you are at times supposed to sit and watch a single stat slowly improve for 20 minutes in order to advance the game?

and also the definition of the city permit is broken, it say the same text of chat up locals, (I still don't know what that does)

Chat up locals boosts your flux. It costs 100 but you get 200 back. It lets you do more complicated tasks in a single day.

oooo thank, and how acess to undercity

No idea about that I'm afraid.

I think you just need to go streaking 10 (-10 rep) times and then youll get unlock the area and go there again from bordertown when ever you want, there is no line connecting them, you just gotta move down on the map

You can move to it after enough exploration of the under city, line sometimes appear
